Aluminum Powder To Gas Augmented Welding For Steel in Damp / Outdoor / Construction Conditions (Welding Sticks)

A patented proven arc welding process (welding sticks) developed by Field Welding / Len Andersen to improve the profitability and potential of stick welding through a process of a fine aluminum powder (10 micron particle diameter) coating on ARC Welding Consumables (welding sticks) which vaporizes forming the conductive-reactive gas shielding envelope with the ARC temperature controlled at approximately 3000° C. The way to go with challenging welding projects. Len Andersen the founder has seen many applications for these electrodes in engineering and especially in civil engineering applications!

Aluminum Powder To Gas Augmented Steel Welding Uses / Welding Where Exceptional Performance Was Achieved

    Construction Welding
    Repair in Demanding Environments
    Marine Welding
Wet Mine / Tunnel Condition Welding
    High Carbon Equivalent Steel Welding
    Robotic Welding
Welding in any damp conditions such as construction sites after a rain storm, swamps, jungles. Other uses is hyperbaric welding (underwater with the pressure of depth and 100 percent humidity using a created air pocket). The need for dry rod practice is reduced. Soaking wet electrodes work. Result in no way guaranteed with soaking wet electrodes!
Great welding sticks for construction welding, marine welding, oil field welding, Len Andersen.
