I hope this is helpful. My employment situation does not give me the time I would like
to more completely answer your questions. The one thought that comes to mind is a senior
petroleum executive who mentioned the use of liquid oxygen / water-liquid mixture injection
looking very relieved. He said, "I nearly got fired for saying that". The controlling
mechanism in most of liquid oxygen / water-liquid mixture injection is detonations.
I have heard of a lot of work being done to do so safely but you can not ignore that aspect.
